Q: I'm totally new to yoga, can I join?
A: First of all, welcome! Come join us as you are, no prior experience of any kind is required. Everyone starts at some point. A journey of a thousand miles starts with the first step.
Q: I am not flexible. Can I still attend yoga practice?
A: Absolutely. It is a misperception that Flexibility is a prerequisite to yoga. It is, however, a result of consistent practice. In a nutshell, a good yoga practice balances the aspects of flexibility and strength with breath awareness according to the individual current state.
Q: I have an injury. Can I still attend yoga practice?
A: Every-body is different, so, one should always practice according to own’s capacity. Do consult your doctor before attending a class if you have a severe injury or medical condition. Regardless, it is necessary to inform your instructor before class, so the appropriate modifications can be advised during the practice session. You may also contact us directly to inquire further given your injury/condition.
Q: I am a guy, is yoga for me?
A: Although yoga appears to be more popular among ladies these days, Yoga is for everyone.
Q: What should I wear?
A: Please wear clothes that you can comfortably sweat and move in.
Q: What should I bring?
A: Please bring your own yoga mat, a small towel, your water bottle and an open mind.
Q: Can I purchase a package online?
A: For now- No. All packages are to be purchased through bank transfers or cash only.
Q: Do I need to pre-book my class?
A: Yes. All classes are pre-scheduled. Please contact us directly for booking instructions prior to attending any classes.
Q: I'm running late for class. Can I just join halfway through?
A: Safety is a priority and missing the beginning of a class means that you miss the warmups. This may lead to injury. It is a yogi's responsibility to come to class on time. Pre-plan your schedule, we know- it is possible most of the time!
Q: Can I share my class package?
A: No. All of our packages are non-transferrable.
There will be no replacement or refund of fees due to no-shows or sudden absence for any personal reasons. Since all classes are pre-scheduled, we ask that each student takes responsibility for their own schedule-planning and choosing of class packages. Exceptions may be given on a case-to-case basis.
Everyone has been affected by the pandemic & we have to accept these new changes.
Moving forward, in the event of lockdowns or if it is deemed unsafe for the studio to operate physically, all paid-classes will be replaced with ONLINE CLASSES with no further deferments, nor exceptions.
If student insists on not attending these lessons due to personal preferences, fees will be forfeited.
Alternatively, please choose to attend practice on a per-class basis based on own's judgement.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your class. The class will begin punctually.
Please observe silence in the practice room.
Please set your handphones to silent mode.
Listen carefully to the teacher’s instructions but most of all- listen to your body.
We reserve the right to change or modify any of the terms and conditions contained in the Terms or any policy or guideline of the Sites and to replace an instructor anytime during the course/lessons due to any unforeseen circumstances or any reason at any time and at our sole discretion. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting of the revisions on the Sites, and you waive any right you may have to receive specific notice of such changes or modifications. Your continued use of these Sites following the posting of changes or modifications will confirm your acceptance of such changes or modifications.
